AT&T exceeded my expectations!

Mainly due to an expectation of total fail… instead, my phone was activated in less than 60 seconds.  GOOOOOOAL!

Hilarious and unrelated ad image next to headline.  Seems oddly appropriate though.

AT&T is thorough: they rarely miss an opportunity to commit a faux-pas.  Not sure if this email is delayed from last year’s purchase or incorrect communication regarding this year’s purchase.  Maybe it’s an über-efficient combination faux-pas that represents both cases.
I wonder if I’ll be able to activate my new iPhone when it does arrive, or if the AT&T servers will come through for another faux-pas today.
Perhaps this email is AT&T’s clever way of reminding me to lower my expectations; in which case, kudos!

Can’t make this up:

AT&T called me to… well.. I don’t know exactly why. The call dropped.
