Whoa… new neighbor FTW!
These are a favorite from my childhood. My mom got the recipe from her mom, who got it from her mom, and so on. Anytime they made pie crust, they’d roll out the leftovers, coat it with butter and then sprinkle heavily with sugar and cinnamon. Roll that puppy up, slice it, and bake in a 400 degree oven until just browned. Watch them like a hawk cos they burn in a heartbeat. They’ll be melt-in your mouth delicious and unforgetable.
