Getting over redeye flights.

I recently asked the twitter crowd what they do to recover… here’s what I got.  Tumblrs, whatchu got?

@webbandit: Sadly, like many things, one day you discover doing what was fine when you were “younger” just means you are getting “older”

@localstops: Serious cardio workout immediately followed by cheeseburger deluxe

@TyCage: Stay up every night playing games till 2am. Then the flights will be fairly normal for you.

@markimbriaco: Caffeinate heavily and push through until your normal bedtime.

@djcrone: Personally, I prefer a full day of sleep to recover. What’s wrong with that?
