No deal: what’s a burka? Is it all black or deep purple? Does it stop at the ankle or knee? Or belly button? Who picks, Obama or the next John Ashcroft? Is it just the head-dress part, and if so what makes it different from a mask? Are masks illegal now too, or is there a halloween exception? What if my burka is made of an American Flag like so many pants, shirts, boxers, dresses and hats that you can buy at Target? Is it legal to purchase, sell, or possess? What about in my own home, or in my bedroom?
What exactly are you trying to accomplish?
Criminals wear them to conceal their identity before, during, and after committing crimes.
If I walked into the DMV for a new ID with a bag over my head, they would make me remove it to have my photo taken. Why do they do this, you ask? TO REVEAL MY IDENTITY.
I commend France for having the balls to outlaw them, although I think they missed the mark when giving their reasons why.
