Ben: Too sweet! And it reminds me of playdough
Me: Yes! Especially since it's blue.
Ben: Not that I ever ate playdough (sheepishly)
Me: I did.
Together: It's salty!!

If I read this correctly, the veracity of the “douchebag assertion” was not contested or assessed. I wonder if that makes them “de facto douchebags.”

Signing up for TWC’s auto-bill-pay seems like an opportunity for convenience, n’est-ce pas? Well check out this insanity:
Signing up for ABP turns out to be something that takes up-to 45 days to become effective, according to the very nice tech support rep on the phone. Their website makes no mention of this, and I had to call said rep because I got tired of ABP never working. You see, if your...

Wordless Meetings.... I think I like it.
webmike:
I have a prime vendor. We meet routinely. He comes in and shares his troubles about why their work is so hard (duh - you underbid and under estimated it moron), and I puff and bluster about holding their feet to the fire, etc (asshole).
It dawned on me this morning we can take the “paperless office” to a new level and have a wordless meeting. All we have to do is sit in the same...

I actually like PETA people. Especially with a tangy Kansas barbeque sauce and couscous. Mmmmm…. sacrilicous…

They’re such bad news. They regularly commit crimes against people, property, and nature, and abuse and kill the animals they claim to be saving. If you want to help animals, donate to your local SPCA.
Hahahahah! Wait… did I say that? No? Good… hahahahaha!!!

I’m just shocked that there was apparently close to $200MM in Zune related revenue. That’s quite a lot of brown notes.
What was your first job?
I worked at The Ronkin Educational Group, competitor to Kaplan for SAT/ACT exam prep and tutorial services; turns out the owners walked off with all the money. Never did get my last paycheck. Min wage at the time had just been bumped to $4.25 IIRC.

Yes, but each has their own distinct track-record (each with their own risks/rewards). Twitter earned an early reputation for reliability issues, making it preposterous IMO for a Twitter app developer to be “surprised” when something doesn’t work as expected.
The iTunes store also has its sad track record relating to Apple’s perspective on appropriate content being the...

Dear 94.7 FM,
As a sober trance admirer, I take umbrage with these remarks! *humph* Sounds more like Rush Limbaugh than the enlightened soul that your previous posts portray. Perhaps your account has been hacked; yes I choose to believe that. Your account has been hacked by Rush (who may well be on drugs) and he is sullying it with opinion stated as fact! This is part of a vast, VAST drug-induced...
